Final Grade?

Well, the grade is getting closer, but still wrong on the East and South side of the house. Front yard and side to neighbors looks OK but dirt is piled much higher than waterproofing. Pouring basement floor tomorrow!

They were able to strip the forms and spray on the waterproofing, the elevation doesn't quite feel right, dirt will stop at the top of the black waterproofing, but that guarantees a flat level backyard.

We started breaking ground July 14 and as of today, we have basement walls poured so here are some quick photos to get up to speed.

First Post

Here is my first post, will try and keep the blog updated to track the progress of our new house. Lucky I didn't start back in January when we first started trying to build a house. Maybe try and do 1 post a week during construction.
