Making Progress

Framers are finally on their way out, windows going in, roofing is started, HVAC is started...

Slow Going

With threats of having everything done in the next 2 weeks, framers are still on site finishing up the details so the pressure is off for now. Should see plumber, electrician and HVAC all on site this week....sometime.

Quick Update

Been busy, but we all checked out the house this weekend, not really much progress plus we were on the run.

No Roof!

I don't know what happened, they didn't set the roof joists yesterday but they did clean up and do some miscellaneous framing. The front door is starting to take shape and this is the kitchen to the family room (still haven't fixed the windows) with the morning room off the back.

Second Floor Started

Doesn't look like much but all of the flooring is down, they are going to set the stairs in place and will rent a crane to set roof joists on Wednesday.

Framing about 1/4 done

I had a camera malfunction this week, so missed the first few days of framing, so this is after 4 days of framing. They started on Friday of last week and these pictures were taken Wednesday night.

I've only seen 2 problems so far, they put the family room windows in the wrong spot and are using a floor joist that looks like it is about 3 years old.

Powder room and Mud room look a lot smaller than they do on paper, but should be OK

Not Much Activity on the House

House is moving slow, they started some framing last week, but have not got very far so here are some good pictures of Jack and Kyle at Sharon Woods Park running through some water fountains.

Basement Floor, Steel and Garge

Well, small steps of progress with more questions.. egress window is too high, a low spot in the garage floor and misc. metal (that's for you DPL) is interfering with my finished basement plans.

Wood is delivered to start framing this week.

New Fishermen

The Brooks Brothers are quite the fishermen, although they didn't catch a thing, sure had fun trying.
