Well, it is construction and all can't quite go as planned, even when you try and warn them. The house got completely flooded on Friday, a lot of the HVAC duct work that was installed saw heavy water. The floor has already been screwed down at the seams, will have to wait and see how much it swells, shrinks, bows and settles out. First thing I said to the new Project Manager on Monday was about how concerned I was that the house was not dried in yet...I guess I should have pressed a little harder against his blank stare.

Maybe they used that new mold/mildew/shrinkage reducing plywood that I saw on sale at Home Depot. You should fire the project manager and take it over yourself.....
Don't get me started about all the framing that is wrong in the house.
